- Solicitation: M67854-09-R-5020 The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to award a sole source commercial contract to DRS-STS, 10600 Valley View Street, Cypress, CA 90630 for ten (10) Wide FOV Day Cameras, four (4) Infra-Red Cameras with DVE TVW Configuration, IBV IVS Control Panels, DVE DCM Displays, and associated cables and mounting brackets in support of the Assault Breacher Vehicle (ABV) production. These components have been previously designed and produced by DRS-STS specifically for the ABV. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.
