- PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED REGARDING THE SITE VISIT FOR THE BASE OPERATIONS & SERVICES- EAST (BOS-E) EFFORT. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to host a site visit for those potential Offerors interested in responding to solicitation HM0140-08-R-0002 for the NGA Base Operations and Services-East (BOS-E) effort. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed in accordance with FAR 52.237-1. (1) A site visit is scheduled to be conducted for Washington Navy Yard on Friday 07 November 2008 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM local prevailing time. (2) A site visit is scheduled to be conducted for Bethesda on Saturday 8 November 2008 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM local prevailing time. Registration for those attending the site visit for Washington Navy Yard and Bethesda complex is due no later than Wednesday, 05 November 2008. Directions are available upon registration. Due to potential amount of interest in the BOS-E acquisition, each Contractor with TS/SCI cleared personnel serving as the role of “Prime” on the offering teams will be allowed a maximum of three (3) people per team per site visit. REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE ARC STARTING 29 NOVEMBER 2008 Registration must be accomplished on-line via the Acquisition Research Center (ARC) UNCLASSIFIED internet site at https://arc.westfields.net. Individuals who plan on attending the Bethesda and Washington Navy Yard sites, (1) MUST Complete the on-line registration NLT 1630 Hrs local prevailing time by Wednesday 05 November 2008; and (2) MUST Pass clearances at the TS/SCI level by Thursday 06 November 2008 and should include the following: PURPOSE: To attend NGA/BOS-E Site Visit Conference on Friday-7 November 2008 at the Washington Navy Yard Auditorium. SEND/PASS CLEARANCES TO: Washington Navy Yard Security Office Unsecured FAX No. (202) 284-3090. PURPOSE: To attend NGA/BOS-E Site Visit Conference on Saturday- 8 November 2008 at the Roberdau Hall Auditorium Bethesda, MD. SEND/PASS CLEARANCES TO: Bethesda Security Office Unsecured FAX No. (301) 227-3170. Interested Offerors should submit their clearance on Company Letterhead to both, Washington Navy Yard and Bethesda Security Offices. WARNING: CAMERAS, CELL PHONES OR OTHER DEVICES CAPABLE OF RECORDING IMAGES WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED.
