- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia Subsistence Directorate intends to solicit a Full Line Food Distributor for the following two Zones: Zone 1: State of Montana: Malmstrom Air Force Base (USDA/Forest Service, USDA Trapper Creek Job Corp, CDC Malmstrom AFB MT., Elkhorn Diner, Central Distribution Center, Montana Air National Guard, 2D-3D PLT D Co AT BN). Zone 2: State of South Dakota: Ellsworth Air Force Base (Bandit Inn dining Facility, Ellsworth CDC, In-Flight Kitchen). Deliveries will consist of items from the 8900 Federal Catalog and commercial equivalents. A contract catalog will be established with customer deliveries approximately 48 hours after order placement. A two year contract is planned with options for four more years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. The contract will be awarded using Tradeoff Procedures based on price and performance factors. A high level of customer interface and customer service will be required. Previous annual sales have been approximately $1,661,632. Facilities are subject to inspection by DoD Quality Assurance personnel. Offerors must be able to interface with the Government’s established translation package and support Electronic Data Interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation.
