THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611692 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. Line Item 0001: TACTICAL VEHICLE OPERATIONS COURSE FOR 12-13 NOVEMBER 2008. The course is to be conducted at facilitator site and should focus on convoy operations, vehicle dynamics, and driving in a hostile environment to include driving with NVGs, night operations, actions on contact, vehicle transfers, ambush drills, vehicle control!, technical and mechanical information. Quantity: 31 Each. This is in support of 2D Air Naval Gunfire and Liaison Company, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542.
