- Description
- Campground Janitorial Services. The Colville National Forest requires campground janitorial services on the Three Rivers Ranger District. The services will be located in Ferry and Stevens Counties, Washington (located in the NE portion of Washington State). Work will be done on the Pierre Lake, Lake Ellen, Canyon Creek, Sherman Overlook Campgrounds and Growden Day Use and Log Flume Heritage Sites. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions and clauses of the contract. The resultant contract will have a base and three one-year options (for Fiscal Years 2010, 2011 and 2012). The field work will start a week before Memorial Day Weekend and go through a week after Labor Day Weekend. Therefore, this year the estimated start work date is on or about May 22, 2009. This project will be advertised as a written request for quotations and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Acquisition of Commercial Item rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about October 28, 2008. The solicitation will be posted electronically at this (FedBizOpps) site when it issues. The actual quotations due date will be listed in the solicitation. The project is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561720 and Size Standard is $15 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be posted at the site on the issue date.
