- NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a quantity of 35 each minimum to 235 each maximum of a Motor. Hydraulic Uni, NSN: 4320-01-955-7737, Part Number: 145hs140-9 applicable to the CH-47 Chinook. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 35 each, 2nd Year, 50 each, 3rd Year, 50 each, 4th Year, 50 each, and 5th Year, 50 each, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Eaton Aerospace LLC, Cage Code 62983 and The Boeing Company, Cage Code, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 35 each due 356 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 23 and 26.
