- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 09SQ301038 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is HUBZone set aside in accordance with FAR 9.1306. The NAICS code is 561990, diving services on a contract or fee basis, and the size standard is $7 Miilion. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, has a requirement for service of underwater divers needed for installation of valve retrofits on the domestic water intakes, and water jetting of the pipe inside trash racks at Davis Dam. The RFQ contains the following: a Statement of Work, listing services required, drawings (upon request), and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due November 7, 2008 by 4:00 p.m. local time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, Contracting Office (LC-3110), P.O.
