- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure 1) playground equipments, tiles; 2) services to remove/dispose the existing playground equipments and tiles; and, 3) installation of the new playground equipments and tiles. These items will be procured utilizing a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection evaluation process; the technical evaluation factors will be 1) Management Approach and 2) Technical Expertise. Past Performance will be evaluated pursuant to FAR 9 Responsibility Determination. This will be a 100% small business set-aside. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price. Delivery is F.O. B. Destination to - Andersen AFB Guam. Specific requirement information will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-09-T-6002 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 30 October 2008, to close 21 days from RFP issuance date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 21 November 2008. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The Department of Defense requires all offerors and contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database.
