This is for a Sole Source Requirement with Knobley Technical Associates, 510 State Route 956, Keyser, WV 26726-2651 for Propulsion Engineering Leadership and Technical Support. Valid registrants to this synopsis will receive an email from the Indian Head Contracts POC notifying them of the solicitation's posting date. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 541330, Size Standard $27M, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov).
