- NSN: 5342-00-102-4659. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Mount, Resilient, Weapon System. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply, Lord Corporation, Cage 76005, Part Number J5366-22; and Barry Wright Corporation, Cage 81860, Part Number 29812-10. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 120 each, Option Year EAQ: 120 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 136 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 12 November 2008. The anticipated award date is 15 December 2008. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
