- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: ICC ADA Compiler License for the PC with 2 VAX Right-to-Copy Licenses plus one year of service (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Irvine Compiler Corporation, 15635 Alton Parkway, Suite 230, Irvine CA 92618 due to compatibility with existing system. The ICC ADA compiler is an integral part of the toolset for the AN/AYK-22 Stores Management Set, no other compiler will fill this requirement. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
