- Contractor responsible for waist/rubbish removal. Dumpster locating to be determined. Remove old Forbo flooring, adhesive, and cove base. Skim coat cement floor. Fill two depressions in the floor by the floor drains. Install Mannington Commercial 12" X 12" X 1/8" VCT tiles. Essentials for the main body of the floor and Designer Essentials to be used for the pattern. Up to 4 colors. Pattern to be determined. 5 year warranty (See www.mannington.com ) Use Clear Tub and Tile Silicone all edges where floor meets the walls and equipment before the baseboard is installed. Do not seal serving side of soda dispensing counters. Install 1/8"- 6"X 48" Armstrong Commercial baseboard at all walls and 1/8"- 4" X 48" where necessary. Color to be used #60 Jet Black. Install new thresholds at all Store front doors. (5) Doors. Install transition thresholds at serving line entrances. (3) Areas. Repair quarry tile by cooking area entrances. To be sealed. Job site to be left clean and ready for use. 1 Extra case of each color to be left at Shriver. Contractor responsible for security of there equipment. Work to be commence on 12/19/2008 and to be complete by 1/2/2009. There will be a meeting held at Shriver Job Corps, 270 Jackson Road, Devens, MA 01434, on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 9:00 am. It is mandatory that you attend this meeting in order for your bid to be considered.
