- Description
- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to negotiate an order with Debtwire, 895 Broadway #4, New York, NY 10003. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. The contractor shall provide on-line financial information on actionable information on large liquid credits as well as below-the-radar middle market companies. Industry expertise includes automotive suppliers and manufacturers, telecoms and media, paper and packaging, airlines, energy, consumer, retail and healthcare. The Government is unaware of any other source that can provide the required electronic services. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, statements of capability to fulfill this requirement received from other responsible businesses prior to close of business on November 3, 2008 will be evaluated, for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offerors responding to this notice must provide a statement of capability to Dean Johnson that may be emailed to: johnson.dean@pbgc.gov
