- Pre-Solicitation Notice: The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas has a need for contractor to provide, at the contractor's facility, all supplies, equipment, supervision, and qualified personnel to perform double balloon endoscopy procedures for all referred veteran beneficiaries. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be submitted via email (laura.watts@va.gov). Solicitation to be available on or about November 3, 2008. No electronic offers will be accepted. Closing date for submission of proposals will be approximately 30 days from issue date, 4:00pm central time.
