- Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with OneSource Information Services, 300 Baker Avenue, Suite 303, Concord, MA 01742-2131. PBGC seeks an online subscription service to access corporate information and financial news. PBGC is seeking to renew a subscription to OneSource to access information that is necessary for corporate background, company profiles, news, business and trade articles, research reports, executive profiles, industry intelligence, structure, and financial data. This sole source procurement under the authority of the FAR Subpart 6, is not a request for competitive quotes. However, statements of capability to fulfill this requirement received from other businesses prior to close of business on November 3, 2008 will be evaluated. Offerors responding to this notice must provide a statement of capability to Dean Johnson that may be faxed to 202 326-4162 or email: johnson.dean@pbgc.gov.
