- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Advanced Boresight Equipment Program has a requiement to procure one (1) model TM5100A Theodolite System Package. Due to the highly unique design interface features which match the design of the measurement platform, the Government intends to negotiate with Leica Geosystems Acquisition, Inc. or other authorized distributors on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure this item. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition procedures. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be faxed or emailed to the attention of Robert Tanner, (732) 323-2812 by 1600EST on 04 Nov 2008.
