Description

NOTICE OF INTENT The Government intends to award a contract to Avid Technology Incorporated for a Storage Array (P/N: 7010-30026-01), Transceiver (P/N: 7070-03233-01), Cable Assembly (P/N: 7070-03117-01), and a Hard Drive (P/N: 7020-20283-01). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Based upon Avid Technologies policy of selling their products and services, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon Avids policy and the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should be submitted within 3 days of publication of this notice. Written responses can be faxed to (951) 413-2432 or e-mailed to shevonn.moore@dodmedia.osd.mil.
