- The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question posed by a potential offeror. Question: "One question concerns the USB interface. We can meet the requirements of the solicitation, but utilize a PCI interface board, and not USB. If we meet all other specifications, is this acceptable?" Answer: "No. The specification must be met as written." All terms and condtions of the original solictation, including response date, remain unchanged.
