- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Haas Mini Mill 2 (PN: MINIMILL2) Qty 1; Coolent Pump Kit, 1/8 hp pump (PN: CPK) Qty 1; Hard Disk Drive -40GB- and Ethernet Interface(PN: ENET/HD) Qty 1; Work Light for the Mini-Mill (PN: WL-MM) Qty 1; CAT-40 Tool Package (PN: TPACK-C40A) Qty 1; 4 Hour Onsite Training - permormed at time of startup (PN: OST-MM) Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Phillips Corporation-Federal Division, 7390 Coca Cola Drive, Hanover, MD., 21076, as the only vendor able to produce these parts. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
