- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce/National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is interested in leasing approximately 3,500 square feet of useable office space. The lease term will be five years. The space must be located within 15 miles of the University of Maine campus, Orono, Maine. Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction. the space must be fully serviced, fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level. All locations will be inspected by the Government to ensure they meet the requirements before they receive further consideration.
