- OFFICE: 6 CONS/LGCA, 2606 Brown Pelican Ave, MacDill AFB, FL 33621 SUBJECT: 6th Communications Squadron, Davis Conference Center Support Services POC: SSgt Joseph P. Borello, Contract Specialist, Phone: (813) 828-1672 Fax (813) 828-3667. DESCRIPTION: This presolicitation notice is for Multimedia and Information Management Services for the 6th Communications Squadron Davis Conference Center at MacDill AFB, FL. A solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for commercial items under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. A written solicitation will be available on this website on or about 07 November 2008. Government-wide numbered note 29 applies to this notice. The award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a base period and (4) option years. The proposed base performance period is 05 January 2009 to 30 September 2009. Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment and labor to provide Multimedia and Information Management Services in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 20 October 2008. For purposes of this presolicitation notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes will be 561110 for Office Administration Services; with a small business size standard of $7.0 M and 811213 for Communication equipment repair and maintenance services, with a size standard of $6.5M. Potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR must be obtained before award can be made. Additionally, offerors must register on the ORCA website (https://orca.bpn.gov/) for online representations and certifications and be registered at VetBiz.gov as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business. The solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunies website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring Federal Business Opportunies for solicitation posting and amendments. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit offers in accordance with the proposal preparation and submission instructions within the solicitation.
