- NOTICE: The Set Aside of Total HUBZone was in error in the original synopsis posted October 22, 2008. ****************************************************************************************************************** This Modification to the Synopsis revises the Set Aside to Unrestricted to Small Business. All other terms and conditions of the original synopsis remain the same. ****************************************************************************************************************** ****************************************************************************************************************** Solicitation for NSN: 6135-01-536-8333, Cell, Battery, Lithium Sulfuryl Chloride. Approved source: Wilson Great Batch Limited, cage 62713, part number 3B0035-XR. Firm Fixed Price Contract. NO OPTION QUANTITY. Quantity is 13,400 each. FOB at Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 178 days ARO. The solicitation issue/opening is 06 November 2008. The solicitation closing date is 08 December 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue/opening date cited in the RFP.
