- Description
- The Aviation Integration Directorate (AID) of the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) proposes to procure services for software modifications and hardware integration support for a modular version of the Common Missule Warning System (CMWS) and Improved Countermeasures Dispenser (ICMD) on a minimum quantity of two each and a maximum quantity of six each unique airframes. Award is anticipated to BAE Systems Information & Electronic System, 65 Spit Brook Road, Nashua, NH, 03060, as the manufacturer of CMWS and ICMD components. The authority to use other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A single, cost plus fixed fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated. FOB destination with delivery to Ft. Eustis, VA, 23604. Completion of services for each platform is anticipated within six months from delivery order award. This procurement will be solicited, evaluated and awarded using FAR 15 procedures.
