- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award a contract on the basis of less than full-and-open competition to original equipment manufacturer General Dynamics C4 Systems, Inc. under 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a) for on-orbit Coriolis Spacecraft Support Services. Operations will be conducted either from the Coriolis Spacecraft operations Center at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico or from the Contractor’s facility. Less than full and open competition is being sought pursuant to the presence of technical data restrictions on proprietary data and software. The contractor shall provide the personnel, tools, equipment and facilities to perform on-orbit support services for nominal operations and anomaly support of the Coriolis Spacecraft System. Vendors who feel capable of providing the services stated above shall fully identify their interests and submit, in writing, information documenting their capabilities to meet the requirements stated above within 15 days after publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis, and will not be considered.
