OVERALL LENGTH IS 4.09 TO 4.15 INCHES; OVERALL HEIGHT IS 3.87 TO 3.93 INCHES; OVERALL WIDTH IS 1.22 TO 1.28 INCHES; MOUNTING HOLE DIAMETER IS 1.22 TO 1.28 INCHES. AND DESC: NSN: 1015-01-340-4789, Part Number 12592233, ARM CLAMP; IS USED ON M119A1/A2 AND IS MADE FROM WROUGHT STEEL INVESTMENT CASTING. OVERALL LENGTH IS 4.06 INCHES WITH A 6 DEGREE TAPER. THICKNESS IS.62 INCHES. The guaranteed minimum quantities are 400 each Bracket Mount and 200 each Arm, Clamp and the contract will be a Three Year IDIQ. Estimated requirements for three years is 860 each, Bracket, Mounting and 420 each Arm, Clamp with the maximum over the life of the contract is 1600 each Bracket, Mounting and 800 each, Arm, Clamp. Estimated issue date is 12 November 2008. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: robert.harrilchak@us.army.mil on the form provided in the solicitation. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet. A License Agreement between -Contractor Name- and the US requires the items procured to be manufactured in the US. US means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The successful offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being procured under this contract, within the US. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
