- The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse/office space consisting of approximately 12,000 rentable square feet (9,000 RSF warehouse / 3,000 RSF office) in the Glendale/Burbank, CA area within the following delineated area: North: Glenoaks Blvd. East: Glendale Freeway (2) to San Fernando Road South: Golden State Freeway (5) to Highway 134 West: Vineland Ave. to Sunland Blvd. The warehouse space must have a minimum clear height of 15 feet and at least one garage door that is a minimum of 14 feet by 12 feet wide. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. The Government seeks occupancy no later than fall 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
