- NSN 1680-00-441-2301, PR 0018456723. This is a proposed Definite Quantity Contract for Arm Rest, Seat. Requested quantity is 2000 each with a 100% quantity option. The Procurement item description cites P/N 61229 Manufacture in Accordance with B E Aerospace Inc, Drawing 61229, Revision “B” and Applicable Supports. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses, FOB Destination, I/A Origin. Requested delivery schedule is 90 days ARO for First Article Test (1 each), 90 days for testing and review by the government and delivery 205 days for items after FAT approval. Surge is not required. This is a Life Support Equipment item. First Article Government testing and Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is NOT a Critical Safety Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue cited in the RFP.
