- The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 11,144 rentable square feet and two (2) parking spaces for official government vehicles in Chico, CA within the following delineated area: North: West Lassen Avenue to East Lassen Avenue to Cohasset Road to Eaton Road to East Lassen Avenue to Floral Avenue to East Avenue to Manzanita Avenue South: East First Avenue to Mangrove Avenue to Vallombrosa Avenue to Highway 99 to East 20th Street to Whitman Avenue to East Park Avenue to Skyway East: Bruce Road to Centennial Avenue West: The Esplanade to Henshaw Avenue to Cussick Avenue to East Avenue to the Esplanade The space should yield between 10,175 to 9,691 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 15 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Seismic and Handicapped Accessibility. The site must be located outside the 100-year floodplain.
