- Description
- Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for cemetery grounds maintenance to include turf mowing, trimming, and edging at Ft Rosecrans National Cemetery, Cabrillo Highway, San Diego, CA, 92166. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment to perform select cemetery operations at the National Cemetery. Period of performance February 01, 2009 through January 31, 2010 with four (4) subsequent Option Year periods. NAICS Code is 561730. This procurement is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The SBVOSB contractor must own at least 51% of the business and add at least 51% value to the contract. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 10, 2008 AND SOLICITATION NUMBER VA-262-09-RQ-0031 HAD BEEN ASSIGNED TO THIS PROJECT. A walk-through for interested Contractors will be scheduled on a later date. Attendance is not mandatory, but Contractors are encouraged to attend. Only one walk-through for this solicitation will be conducted. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
