Purpose: The purpose of hiring a senior consultant is to provide power program technical support to the Power Office. The power program technical support is needed for technical and programmatic solutions to specialized issues and problems associated with the power industry and specific facilities such as dams, power plants, pumping plants, and canals within the CRSP system.
