- The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire 120 ea AN-PVS-14 (M914 Type) Night Vision Monocular, SYSTEM FEATURES: Hands-Free or One-Hand Operation, High Light Cutoff Tube Protection, Built-In IR Illuminator, Automatic Brightness Control, AA Battery Operation, One Year Warranty The M914A is based on military DoD nomenclature AN-PVS-14. It is the most versatile night vision system available and may be used in several modes: hand-held, head mounted, helmet mounted or affixed in conjunction with an infrared laser aimer. The unit includes: Operators Manual, Eye guard, Weapon Mount, Head-Helmet Mount Adapter, Retainer Cord, Head Mount Assembly, Shoulder Strap, Soft Carry Case, Lens Paper, Demist Shield Assembly, Sacrificial Window Assembly, Batteries. Optional magnification of 3X & 5X screw-on afocal objectives available to provide long-range observation, Helmet Mount, Head Mount Assy. The unit is powered by 2 AA batteries, carries a weight of 330g, has a 40 field of view (degrees), a 25cm minimum focus range, a 27mm Objective, and a 25mm eye relief. The US ARMY CECOM LCMC intends to acquire 7 EA SNS2142 8.5x Day-Night Weapon Sight, SYSTEM FEATURES: Integrated Day-Night Operation, Manual Gain Control & Adjustable Illuminated Reticle, Low Profile for Optimum Balance & Signature Reduction, 8.5x Magnification, 2-AA Battery operation, Low Battery Warning in FOV, One Year Warranty. The SNS2142 8.5 X days-night sniper sight is based on military DoD Nomenclature AN-PVS-10. The SNS incorporates variable tube gain and reticle illumination to allow maximum image contrast in difficult lighting conditions. The unit includes Operation Manual, Sun Shade, Carrying Case and Lens Paper.. It is powered by 2-AA Batteries, carries a weight of 2.12kg, has a field of view of 3.0 degrees, a 25mm Minimum focal range, a 125mm Objective, and a 76mm Eye Relief.
