- T his is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Synopsis for 54 Gym Memberships for the US Secret Service in the San Francisco metro area. Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is GM1681517 and is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-12. The NAICS code is 713940. Offerors must be registered in Central Contract Registration (CCR). This acquisition is firm-fixed price and solicited in accordance with 6.1. The description and specification provided herein, is essential to the Government's requirement. The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in this synopsis and is most advantageous to the Government. This government requirement is for the purchase and delivery for the following items. 54 Gym Memberships in the San Francisco area with the following criteria Ability to use other facilities locally or nationally as available. 10-block radius Transferable memberships Other areas under consideration to include hours & parking. Facilities meet our requirements for equipment that work the following nine muscle groups: 1. Shoulders (Deltoids) 2. Chest (Petoralis Major) 3. Abdominals 4. Biceps 5. Triceps 6. Frontal Thigh (Quadriceps) 7. Rear Thigh (Hamstrings) 8. Upper Back (Lattisimus Dorsi) 9. Calf The government intends to award a firm, fixed price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal as provided herein.
