- Reference Number: DEA-09-LAFD-0001 Description The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to GPSit International Technologies located at 4364 Bonita Road, Suite #334, Bonita, CA 91902, under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for the purchase of thirty-nine (39) each - National 3000 Locate Plan and twenty (20) each one-time Network Activation Fee for the period covering November 1, 2008 through October 31, 2009. The place of performance is Drug Enforcement Administration, 255 E. Temple Street, 17 th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90012. This is not a request for proposals. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by this agency. Any sources desiring consideration must fully identify their capabilities to perform the requirements addressed herein in writing and submit to the Contract Support Specialist identified below. Telephone requests will not be honored. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. Closing date is October 29, 2008.
