- Requirements: General Services Administration is considering negotiating a superseding lease for approximately 37,800 rentable square feet yielding approximately 33,000 usable square feet of Class A office and related space in Dallas, Texas to be occupied by the Department of Homeland Security along with 5 inside and 1 outside reserved parking spaces. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. GSA will consider the cost of moving, alterations and other appropriate considerations when deciding whether it should relocate from 3860 E. NorthWest Highway, Dallas, Texas. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: North – Northwest Highway South - Mockingbird Lane West – Lemon Ave East – Inwood Rd Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about 12/01/2009. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1.Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2.Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3.Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4.Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5.Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6.RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than October 31, 2008; verbal responses will not be considered.
