- DESCRIPTION: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, purchase order to Liebert Corporation c/c Emerson Network Power-Liebert Columbus, 610 Executive Campus Drive, Suite 110, Westerville, OH 43082 for the following: (1) each, Liebert Model VS028AGA0EI751A Liebert DS Environmental Control System. This acquisition will be accomplished using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 and in accordance by FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
