- ISSUE DATE: 11/06/2008. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the installation of a Fire Suppression System in the Barracks Bldg. 6/6A at U. S. Coast Guard Sector Northern New England, South Portland, ME (Cumberland County). The project consists of a base bid item for the fire suppression system installation and an optional bid item to install smoke detectors, exit signs, emergency lighting, exit hardware, door holder devices and incidental related work. The estimated cost range of this project inclusive of the optional bid item is $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 11/06/2008. The due date for receipt of proposals is scheduled for 12/08/2008 at 4:00 pm. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19, and is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
