Studley, Inc., 555 Thirteenth Street, NW, Suite 420 East, Washington, DC, 20004, UNITED STATES Description: Notice of Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The Government currently occupies approximately 27,656 BOMA rentable square feet of space at Park Center One, Rt. 7 Park Center Drive, Alexandria, VA under Lease Number GS-11B-70344, which expired on July 31, 2007. The tenant in this location is scheduled to move into federally owned space by no later than September 15, 2011. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding lease for a 5-year firm term, with termination rights effective September 15, 2011. Because moving would require a double move in a short time frame for this tenant, the Government will relocate only if cost of relocation and duplication is included in the rental consideration and the property is in Alexandria, VA. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government’s intent to award this procurement using Other Than Full and Open competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the procurement should provide their written comments to Emmett Miller or Todd Valentine at 202.628.6000 by November 6, 2008. Term: 5 years firm term, with termination rights effective September 15, 2011. Owners & Agents: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 6, 2008.
