- SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 11/07/2008. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to prepare and paint interior surfaces at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Chapel, New London, CT (New London County). The specified work shall be performed in the sanctuary, sacristies, sacristy washrooms, upper floor hall, front entrance (ceiling and ornate perimeter trim), the Blessed Sacrament Chapel and the walls in the lower restrooms. The estimated cost range of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 11/07/2008. The due date for receipt of proposals is scheduled for 11/24/2008 at 4 pm. The performance time period is from 11 December 2008 to 3 January 2009. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19 and is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small businesses only. Award will be made on the best value to the Government. The applicable NAICS code is 238320 and the size standard is $13.0 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
