Description
MSHA IS SEEKING VENDORS TO PROVIDE A QUOTE FOR THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR THE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE COMPONENTS OF THE OTG IMAGING SYSTEM. I. Software These are the AX software packages currently in production at the Approval & Certification Center. Please provide the costs associated with the continued support of these packages. Support is provided for the current release plus one back version. AX/Reports Management Bundle for 30 AX and 30 WX Users ScanXtender ERMX Server DiskXtender Level C DiskXtender 2000 Data Manager II. Hardware Regularly Scheduled Preventative Maintenance: Please provide a yearly cost. 1 Plasmon Optical Jukebox (Model M20-J) 1 Fujitsu Color Scanner (Model 4120C) 1 Vidar Wide Format Scanner (Model Select P42) 2 Kodak Color Scanners (Model i1420) Maintenance on Per-Call, Time/Materials Basis: Please provide the hourly rate charged for the hours between 8:00 and 5:00 M-F, as well as the hourly charge for outside these hours. 1 ScanPartner Scanner (Model 600C) 1 Minolta Aperture Card Reader / Printer (Model RP509) 1 AM Bruning Microfiche Reader (Model DC 580 AE) THIS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT COVERS THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUIRED TO COVER ONSITE HARDWARE SERVICES, ENSURE CONTINUED SOFTWARE SUPPORT THROUGH RELEASE UPGRADES AND PROVIDE LABOR HOURS TO COVER SOFTWARE CHANGES, SYSTEM DESIGN CHANGES AND GENERAL OTG TECHNICAL CONSULTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICES.
