- Description
- The purpose of this amendment to the original presolicitation notice dated May 19, 2008 is to provide additional information about the requirement as well as update the anticipated release date of the solicitation. The total value of the procurement over its anticipated 5-year life is estimated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The resulting contract is anticipated to include FAR clause 52.217-09 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. As this is will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, primarily firm-fixed price task orders will be issued. In cases where it is not possible to identify a firm scope of work, a time-and-materials task order may be issued. The solicitation is anticipated to be released APPROXIMATELY mid-November 2008.
