- The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to provide Appraisal Services for the Real Estate Division Homeowners Assistance Program (HAP), Naval Air Station (NAS) Brunswick, Maine. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for award of multiple purchase orders to small business sources capable of providing real estate appraisals for geographic areas of the Brunswick Naval Air Station Area. The Appraisal Services will include both Prior and After Appraisal Sets and Prior or After Single Appraisals. The purpose of the appraisal reports is to estimate market value for residential properties owned by former employees stationed at Naval Air Station (NAS) Brunswick, Maine. The Period of Performance will be four years, with a base year and three one-year option periods. This solicitation will be issued as 100 percent Small Business Set-aside under NAICS Code 531320, and the size standard is $2.0 million. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on FedBizOpps.
