- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics office has a requirement for Radiology Services for the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), location 2100 East Calvada Blvd., Pahrump NV 89048. The care will include but not limited to: Diagnostic Imaging exams and interpretation that includes plain films, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound (US), Fluoroscopy, DEXA, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography as well as STAT and Urgent exams. The desired, contractor radiological procedures/examinations shall be provided at the contractor's facility, which must be located, within a five (5) mile radius of the Pahrump CBOC. It's the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will include a base year (one year from the date of award), with (4) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15. NAICS is 621512, Size Standard $12.5 Million.
