- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a complete package is attached. Quotes are due 11/20/2008 at 4:30 p.m., local time. This notice constitutes as solicitation AG-0281-S-09-0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes. This notice and any incorporated provisions include those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. Quotes are being solicited from Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code associated with this acquisition is 561720 and the small business size standard for that code is $16.5 million average receipts over the past three years. Janitorial Services for cleaning of Avery Office, at 34 Hoyt Drive, Avery, Idaho, St. Joe Ranger District, Idaho Panhandle National Forest. This project includes 3 floors and approximately 6600 square feet of office and common areas and the warehouse restroom. The anticipated contract period is December 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009, and 4 option years.
