- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Charlottesville, Virginia Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 22,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space including 207 onsite parking spaces. Proposed space must be fully serviced and designed to meet Federal standards for Fire Safety and Handicap Accessibility and Parking. Properties submitted for Government consideration must be located within the delineated area for this requirement as follows: North: Route 33 South: Route 250 East: Route 20 West: Route 29 Unique Requirements: Prefer contiguous office and support space located upon a single floor above ground level within close proximity Rivanna Station. The Government has specialized security needs to be met. Customized technical tenant improvements (i.e. SCIF, Security Engineering) will be required. Lease Term/Occupancy: 10 year term, 5 years firm. Occupancy desired by September 2009.
