- Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to contract with an independent commercial testing facility or laboratory for certain testing during construction of Project 564-302 Clinical Addition, VAMC, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Minimum Qualifications: Principals of the testing laboratory must be registered professional engineers with not less than five years experience in the types of testing under this contract; each person in charge of laboratory testing, field testing, and inspection must have not less than one year full time experience in the duties performed under this contract; principals of the firm require registration, however personnel who are not registered may perform most of the work. Period of performance is expected to be 1004 calendar days, anticipated to begin December 2008.
