- The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting bids in accordance with the requirements of Invitation for Bid (IFB)-244-09-0002-REL to renovate the Lame Deer sewage lagoon on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation, Montana. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, backfill, utility work, dewatering, plumbing and electrical. The estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is November 24, 2008, with a bid opening date of 2:00 p.m., on December 24, 2008. The completion time is 90 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. The project is restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns shall not be considered.
