- In reference to the AFRL RV/RD Professional Services Sources Sought and Pre-Solicitation Special Notice FA9453-08-R-0005 the following is posted for dissemination only. The Contracting Officer has determined if a subsequent acquisition should result from this notice the requirement will be solicited as Full and Open Competition, i.e., Unrestricted. The RFP number will be FA9453-09-R-0002 in lieu of FA9453-08-R-0005. Additionally, a draft RFP may be posted as early as 21 Nov 2008 for the requirements outlined within the original notice.
