- Non-personal services to install turn-key video surveillance and alarm equipment. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and materials necessary to complete this project. The contractor shall activate, configure, test and train the Directorate of Information management (DOIM) personnel to use the new components. As a result of the Request for Quote, Sierra Army Depot intends to award a firm fixed price contract, to include one year of maintenance of the turn-key system. The Service contract Act will be applicable. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted competition. The North American Industrial classificatino Code (NAICS) is 561621. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is 22 October 2008. Responses are due no later than 13 November 2008 at 5PM PST. A site visit is scheduled for Monday, 3 November 2008. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Ruth Summers.
