- Reference number W912TF-09-T-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels; Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. New Hampshire National Guard is requesting quotes for a weekend Family Program Volunteer Workshop. Preferred location is northern New Hampshire. Area must have family friendly attractions and area for Youth Program event at the same location. Youth indoor activity with safety supervision. Indoor water activities for the youth preferred. The event must take place from on 14-16 November 2008 as not to conflict with other official National Guard events. The location shall accommodate 40 attendees and 5 staff members. NOTE: Pricing of lodging and meals must be in accordance with Federal Per Diem Rates. Meeting room with comfortable seating for 40 attendees. This time will be used to welcome them to the Family Volunteer Workshop. b. Dinner to include Team Building Activity c. Team Building Activity to be used as an ice breaker to get the attendees formalized with each other and to work together as a group. d. Registration area available outside of the conference room. e. Resort Sponsored Youth Activity. 2. 15 November 2008 Saturday: a. Breakfast. Lunch b. Morning and afternoon break with light refreshments and snacks. c. Conference facility seats 40 comfortably and 5 staff, at round tables with seating for 8. d. Internet connectivity hardwired or wireless. e. A/V support availability with availability of screens, microphones. f. Two function rooms available for youth (AM) and 1 function room (PM) with bathroom availability close by. 3. 16 November 2008 Sunday: a. Breakfast. b. Morning break with light refreshments and snacks. c. Conference facility seats 40 comfortably and 5 staff at round tables with seating for 9. d. Two function rooms available for youth (AM). Resort sponsored youth activity. e. Internet connectivity hardwired or wireless. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible offeror, whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements listed above.
