- The Federal Correctional Institution, Phoenix, Arizona, intends to make a single award for bread and related items. Delivery dates will begin in November 1, 2008 and continue through September 30, 2009, with exact dates and quantities shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 37900 N. 45th Avenue, I-17 exit #225 at Pioneer Road, Phoenix Arizona 85086. The Government will award firm-fixed price purchase orders to the lowest priced responsible offeror. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 15, 2008, and will be distributed solely through this website.
